Fulfillment Policy
Shipping
1. All orders received by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
2. Shipping charges will not be applied to orders over $500.00.
3. A $35.00 fee will be applied to any orders which are drop shipped to another location.
4. Ground shipping charges of $20.00 will be applied to orders less than $500.00
The Kind of Personal Information Do We Collect
1. All non-DOA returns must be initiated by your sales representative and require a Return Authorization number. They will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge and stock balancing orders may be required.
2. Additional charges may be assessed upon receipt and inspection if, at the determination of Leica, products are not returned complete as originally shipped, or product is not of adequate condition to be returned to inventory as 'new'.
3. Discontinued products or products not purchased from Leica Camera, Inc. will not be accepted for return or credit and will be returned to the sender immediately.
4. Only defective (DOA) returns meeting below requirements will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
A product deemed to be DOA is only valid within 6 weeks of purchase and must be accompanied by:
- Proof of Customer Purchase
- Proof of Customer Return (if delivered outside of 6-week period)
- Completed DOA Form.
**DOA Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted**
